REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions and purchases made for 1 TAP AI WEB, operated by 1 TAP WORLD PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Nature of the Service

1 TAP AI WEB is a digital software service that may provide:

  • website creation;
  • templates;
  • AI-assisted website generation;
  • website customisation;
  • hosting/publishing functionality;
  • SSL;
  • analytics;
  • domain connectivity; and
  • other digital features.

Because the Service involves immediate access to digital functionality, certain purchases may become non-refundable once the Service has been activated or used.

2. Free Plan

If you use the free plan, no refund is applicable because no subscription payment has been made.

You may stop using the free plan at any time.

3. Paid Subscription

Once a paid plan is purchased and access to the paid Service is activated, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where a refund is required under applicable law or where 1 TAP WORLD expressly approves a refund under this Policy.

This includes situations where the customer:

  • changes their mind;
  • does not use the Service;
  • does not complete their website;
  • does not like a template;
  • does not achieve expected traffic;
  • does not receive expected leads;
  • does not achieve search-engine rankings; or
  • does not use all available features.

4. Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a verified technical or payment-processing error, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification.

5. Failed Transactions

If money is debited from your bank account but the transaction is not successfully reflected in your 1 TAP AI WEB account, the payment may be reconciled with the relevant payment gateway.

Where the transaction is confirmed as failed and the amount has been received by us, the amount will be processed according to the applicable payment and settlement process.

6. Renewal Cancellation

Users may cancel future renewal of their subscription where cancellation functionality is provided.

Cancellation of renewal prevents the next billing cycle from being charged.

It does not automatically create a refund for the current subscription period.

7. Domain Charges

Domain-related fees, registration fees, renewal fees and third-party domain charges may be non-refundable once the domain transaction has been successfully processed.

This is because domain registration and related services may involve third-party registrars.

8. Taxes

Where a refund is approved, the treatment of applicable taxes will depend on:

  • the nature of the transaction;
  • applicable tax law;
  • invoice status; and
  • the reason for the refund.

9. Refund Requests

A refund request should contain:

  • registered account email;
  • customer name;
  • transaction/order ID;
  • payment date;
  • amount paid;
  • reason for the request; and
  • relevant supporting information.

10. Refund Review

Refund requests are reviewed individually.

Where a refund is approved, processing time may depend on the payment gateway and banking system.

The original payment method may be used for the refund where technically and legally possible.

11. No Guaranteed Business Results

Refunds will not ordinarily be granted because a website does not achieve a particular:

  • number of visitors;
  • Google ranking;
  • SEO position;
  • number of enquiries;
  • number of leads;
  • sales;
  • revenue;
  • advertising performance; or
  • conversion rate.

12. Misuse and Policy Violations

Refunds may not be available where an account has been suspended or terminated because of:

  • fraud;
  • abuse;
  • illegal activity;
  • intellectual-property infringement;
  • malicious activity;
  • unauthorised access;
  • violation of these Terms; or
  • other serious misuse of the Service.

13. Statutory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to restrict or remove any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

14. Policy Changes

We may modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time.

The latest version will be published on the website with the updated date.
